Key Collection
The keys are located at number 14 inside a lockbox placed on the right side wall of the garage.

Opening Instructions:
- Slide down the black protective cover.
- Enter the code and push down the black lever on the left, then pull the front towards you.
- Take the keys, close the box, scramble the numbers, and slide the cover back up.
Accessing the Apartment
1. The Building
Go to number 30 (look for the 'Casa Maloia' sign). The gate opens by pushing.
2. The Elevator
Go to the 3rd floor.
3. The Apartment
It is the first door on the left. Use the security key by pulling the door slightly towards you while turning the key.

Washing Machine
Located on the kitchen balcony. Recommended programs:
Daily Express (30-60 min)
Max load 5kg. Best for regular laundry.
Xpress Super Short (15 min)
Max load 2.5kg at 30°C.

Use the "MODE" button on the remote to toggle between settings:

Check-out
The deadline for check-out is 10:00 AM. Please follow these steps before leaving:
Waste & Trash
We kindly ask you not to leave any trash inside. Garbage bins are located outside the building.
Energy
Please turn off the air conditioning and all lights before leaving.
Windows
Ensure that all windows and the balcony door are securely closed.
Key Return
Leave the keys on the black tray near the entrance door and close the door behind you. There is no need to put them back in the external lockbox.
